New policy of talent settlement in Tianjin

Legal analysis: increase support for overseas returnees' entrepreneurial innovation projects that have recently come to Tianjin for full-time employment and entrepreneurship. When applying for the talent plan, the requirements of age, overseas experience, return period and so on can be relaxed appropriately. Returned overseas students with China nationality and bachelor degree or above can directly settle in Tianjin. Returned overseas students who voluntarily give up their foreign nationality and apply for joining or restoring China nationality shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and the State Administration of Immigration, give priority to the procedures for joining or restoring China nationality and settling in Tianjin for themselves, their spouses and children who move back to China. Actively provide visa processing and other convenient services for overseas students who have joined foreign nationalities to innovate and start businesses in Tianjin.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration. When a citizen moves, he shall submit a migration certificate to the household registration authority for registration, and submit the migration certificate within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:

1. Demobilized, demobilized and veterans shall be certified by the military service organs at the county or city level or the military organs at or above the regiment level.

2. Overseas Chinese and returned students should show their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China.

3. A person released by a people's court, a people's procuratorate or a public security organ shall produce a certificate issued by the releasing organ.
