Actively provide visa processing and other convenient services for overseas students who have joined foreign nationalities to innovate and start businesses in Tianjin.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Household Registration. When a citizen moves, he shall submit a migration certificate to the household registration authority for registration, and submit the migration certificate within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside.

Citizens who have no migration documents shall report to the household registration authority where they move in with the following documents:
