China's visa policy to Peru

According to the visa-free agreement between China and China, citizens holding diplomatic and official passports can be exempted from visas. China citizens holding ordinary passports for business or private purposes must apply for business, work, travel and study visas. Fill in the visa application form and submit the receipt of the paid visa fee when applying. To apply for a business visa, you must have a real business purpose and provide a detailed schedule, including the name, location and contact information of the reception unit. To apply for a long-term visa, you need to provide a copy of the applicant's passport, which must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and embassies and consulates in China, Peru. Among them, tourist and business visas must also provide financial guarantees, and study visas must provide admission notices and related documents from regular institutions recognized by the state to ensure that tuition fees and living expenses can be paid. The work visa must also provide a copy of the labor contract approved by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor and certified by the Peruvian Immigration Bureau. All the above-mentioned long-term visas need to be re-endorsed, which will be reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Embassy and Consulate of China in Peru, and then approved by the Immigration Bureau.
