After the first peace alliance in 705 AD, in 709 AD, the Tubo sent Daxiangxiang and other people to the Tang Dynasty to propose marriage. Tang Zhongzong immediately promised to marry Princess Jincheng to Tubo. Since then, the Tangtu Association has reached eight times.
