Immigrant countries and non-immigrant countries

Generally speaking, immigrant countries have a clear immigration policy, accepting foreigners to join their nationality or welcoming foreigners to obtain permanent residency in their country. Immigrant countries have relevant special departments to deal with immigration, and have a set of special immigration methods, immigration classification and immigration quotas.

Non-immigrant countries, on the other hand, find it difficult to obtain permanent residency, and there is no set of open immigration conditions to handle it, so the situation of being able to immigrate is very rare. Most of Europe is still a non-immigrant country.
