All foreign tourists must fill in this form, and the first page (personal information such as name and date of birth) must be filled in in English capital letters, that is, items 1 to 13, 14 to 17. Don't fill in anything on the back of this form. In addition, details such as the first address after arriving in the United States must be stated. If you don't know how to fill out a form, you can ask the driver for help.

Whether you leave or enter the country, make sure that the customs officer stamps your passport and see the time clearly. If one chapter is missing, one entry and exit record will be missing, and it will be very troublesome to be suspected of smuggling in the future.

When the customs asks questions, please truthfully declare and answer them. The customs will then stamp the passport, and hand over the passport, 1-94 attached page, birth notarization and round-trip air ticket (the customs declaration form is generally not returned, if it is returned, the luggage should be collected and handed over to the customs officer). Check it and put it in your carry-on bag.

When you leave the customs with your luggage, you should hand over your passport, ticket and other materials if the customs inspectors ask you. If you ask to check your luggage, open it and let them check it. You can leave the airport smoothly without any problems.
