Requirements to apply for state sponsorship, translation

1) For #892 sponsorship, I acknowledge I am required to have no less than a 51% interest in my 'eligible' business if that business has a turnover of less than A$400,000 (excl. GST) 2) The Victorian Government will not participate in the Migration Review Tribunal appeals process. 3) Victorian Government visa sponsorship is not transferable to any other Australian State or Territory. 4) I will reside in the State of Victoria during the term of my provisional visa , and will be responsible for the day-to-day strategic management of my 'eligible' business.
