Where is the Tieling Tower located?

It was originally believed that the pagoda was built in the late Ming Dynasty or early Qing Dynasty, and the tower was demolished. At that time, it was discovered that the stone plate in the pagoda contained a copper plate inscription "Records of the Tower Repairs by Li Chengliang, the Commander-in-Chief of Liaodong Province" during the Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty, and there were records of previous repairs.
