After the US application is approved, the passport and visa will be returned to the applicant in one of the following two ways:

1. Send it to the outlet of China CITIC Bank selected at the time of reservation. Please note: CITIC Bank only keeps passport information 15 days. /kloc-if it is not collected after 0/5 days, it will be returned to the embassy or consulate.

2. Send it to the applicant's home or office (paid service option). This service requires applicants to pay extra freight directly to EMS when they receive their passports.

For non-immigrant visa applications, the mailing fees are as follows:

Mail it to the city where the visa is applied, and the fee is 24 yuan/Ben; If it is mailed outside the city where the visa is applied, the fee will be 34 yuan/Japan.

If someone (even a family member) is entrusted to take a passport from the place where it is taken, the agent must show:

Original identity card issued by the consignee's government;

A copy of the identity card issued by the applicant's government;

The power of attorney signed by the applicant authorizes the agent to collect the passport. The power of attorney must contain the following information:

The full name of the consignee must be consistent with the information on the attached government-issued ID card;

Name of the applicant.

Note: For group/family applications, all applicants can use the power of attorney with necessary information.

If the applicant is under the age of 16, the following documents are required:

Power of attorney signed by either parent of the applicant;

A clear copy of the applicant's parents (the party signing the power of attorney) issued by the government, with an identity card attached;

Original identity card issued by the consignee's government.

Note: Official educational institutions may designate special persons to collect multiple passports of group members organized by their institutions. The person who collects passports on behalf of the delegation must have a signed power of attorney officially authorized by the educational institution to collect passports, and the names of all members of the delegation should be listed on the passports.
