Fengman Power Plant Industrial Company was established in March 1996. The Industrial Corporation has 358 employees, including 4 middle-level leading cadres, 23 technicians and managers with senior titles and 5 middle-level technicians.

In recent years, the company has introduced advanced Canadian cylon materials and used them to process and manufacture steam turbine bearings. At present, it has been installed and put into trial operation in No.3 steam turbine of Fengman Power Plant, and this technology has been applied to domestic steam turbines for the first time.
