After attending that job fair, I received an interview notice from one and only one company, Epson. That said, I was dumped on Panasonic and Fujitsu. . .

On January 4, at around 8 o'clock in the morning, the person we received the notice was sent to Wuxi for an interview (because the general manager was in Wuxi, not Suzhou). Haha, there was even a special car to pick him up. I still remember that I got up at around six o'clock that day, and breakfast was Aiweier's date cake. As we all know, Wuxi and Suzhou are neighbors, and the new district where the company is located is close to Suzhou. As a result, it took the driver an hour and forty minutes to get us to our destination. I vaguely heard him say, I haven't been to this place for a long time.

That’s all, we finally arrived safely. The company is in the process of expansion, which can be seen from the houses being built. The first thing I did when I walked into the office building was that I was asked to put on shoe covers. This is a rule common to Japanese companies, and regular employees wear "clean shoes" uniformly issued by the company.

Before the interview, there was a written test. The first part was Japanese and the second part was IQ test. Generally speaking, it was not difficult. During the paper preparation period, we were called to take pictures in turns. At that time, I was very confused, and I was not necessarily admitted, so why should I take pictures now? Of course, I still don’t understand the reason. The second part is the interview. This time is different from my first interview. It is a group of people (about 5 or 6 people) participating together instead of one by one. I don't like this format very much. The first step is to introduce yourself. Then there are the frequently asked questions. When they asked those who were willing to work in Wuxi, please raise your hands, I didn’t raise my hands; when they asked those who were willing to work in Suzhou, please raise your hands, I didn’t raise my hands either; those who were willing to work in both cities, please raise your hands, but I still didn’t. hand. Because, at that time, I was deserting. Next, we were taken to another room. The third step was a group discussion. The title was to give you a scene. Due to heavy snow, a plane crashed. A group of people were lost in the forest. There were many things around them, but they could only choose the most important 5. So, give 5 minutes for everyone to discuss which 5 items to keep. At this time, there was a person watching our entire process and recording our results. What was dizzying was that after we finished, the man moved the camera in the corner of the room, and we suddenly realized that the entire process had been filmed. We really wanted to hit the wall. . . We, a group of people, were not alert at all and walked into a strange room without even taking a closer look. This is also a lesson learned

After everything was over, we were taken to their canteen for a free lunch. Then, instead of following the special bus back, I went to the bus station and took a bus home. Ha ha.

On January 7, when I received the admission notice, I sighed: The work efficiency is really high. So, just like that, I was hired.
