Due to the need of trial work, the Jiangning District People's Court of Nanjing decided to openly recruit employment system clerks for the society. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Recruitment positions and management measures

1. plans to recruit 13 clerks.

2. The position to be recruited is an employment clerk, and the employed personnel are managed by contract system in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law.

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

1, with China nationality;

Three, shall not apply for the appointment system of the clerk.

Fourth, welfare benefits.

1. The salary of employed clerks shall be calculated by combining basic salary, seniority salary, grade salary and performance salary. The overall wage level is equivalent to the average wage level of local employees in the previous year.

2. The employed clerks shall enjoy the rights of marriage and funeral leave, maternity leave and "five insurances and one gold" stipulated in the Labor Law during the contract period.

3. After being hired, the term of signing the labor contract for the first time is 3 years, of which the probation period is 6 months. After the expiration of the contract, the labor contract can be renewed after passing the examination.

2. The examination is divided into clerical skill examination and interview, accounting for 70% and 30% of the total score respectively.

3. The skills test for hiring clerks is a computer script quick recording test, and the quick recording methods include Pinyin, Wu Bi and Yahweh. The form of the speed recording test is listening and typing for 30 minutes, and the speed is 120 words/minute, 160 words/minute and 180 words/minute, respectively, accounting for 10 minute, and the accurate words recorded shall prevail.

4. After the computer speed recording skill test, according to the test scores from high to low, the number of people to be interviewed is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the number of people does not reach 1: 3, all those who participated in the written test and computer quick recording skills test will enter the interview.

5. The documents, time and place required for the interview will be notified separately; Before the interview, the candidates will be re-qualified. If the second interview fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled.

Seven, physical examination and inspection
