According to the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision and Management Center decided to openly recruit staff for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the recruitment unit
Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision and Management Center: It is a public welfare institution affiliated to Zhejiang Water Resources Department, and its institutional specifications are equivalent to county level. The office is located in the center of Hangzhou. Mainly responsible for the quality and safety supervision and management of water conservancy and hydropower projects in the province and the quality and safety supervision of major water conservancy and hydropower projects.
Second, the recruitment position and conditions
1 Professional and technical positions are openly recruited for quality and safety supervision positions.
Applicants should comply with the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province and the relevant regulations and conditions clearly implemented by the recruiting unit, as well as the specific requirements of the recruitment position: major in water conservancy and hydropower engineering or hydraulic structural engineering, full-time master's degree or above, degree (with full-time undergraduate degree and degree background in water conservancy and hydropower engineering); Age is 30 years old and below (1987 65438+1born after October 26th).
Graduates of the 20th18th session of full-time colleges and universities and returned overseas students who have not yet obtained academic qualifications and degree certificates (including academic degree certificates) can apply for the exam with the employment recommendation form issued by their universities or the certificate of returned overseas students, and the examination of their academic qualifications and degree certificates will be postponed to the registration time.
This position is mainly responsible for the quality and safety supervision of key water conservancy and hydropower projects in Zhejiang Province, which requires frequent business trips and field work. It is recommended that men apply.
Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time:
Applicants should send their registration email to the special email address ((zjzx@zjwater.gov.cn) from the date of announcement to 20126/0/816: 00, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
Application materials: fill in a complete application form (see annex for the style); ID card, academic degree certificate (including bachelor degree or above, overseas students provide foreign academic degree certificates certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education) and other scanned copies. The electronic application materials are packaged and sent by e-mail, and the title of the e-mail indicates "Apply for quality and safety supervision post+name".
2. Preliminary qualification examination. Within 5 working days from the date of announcement to the end of registration, the recruiting unit will conduct preliminary qualification examination for the candidates according to the requirements of the recruitment position, and feedback the preliminary examination results to the candidates by email. Those who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination but are still in the online registration period can register again and accept the qualification examination.
If the number of applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination is less than 3 times that of the planned recruitment, the recruitment plan will be cancelled.
(2) Examination
The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. The full marks of written test and interview are 100, and both are included in the total score by 50%.
1, written test. The written test is set, made and marked by Hangzhou Examinations Institute. It is tentatively scheduled to be held in Hangzhou on March 18. See the online notice for specific arrangements.
After the written test, according to the written test scores from high to low, the shortlisted interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1: 5.
2. Qualification examination and interview.
Relevant arrangements for qualification review and interview will be notified online separately.
Applicants should bring their ID card, education background, degree certificate (including employment recommendation form or certificate of returned overseas students) and other originals and copies 1 to participate in the qualification review at the designated time and place.
If the documents (certificates) provided by the candidates are incomplete or the documents provided do not meet the qualification requirements, or fail to participate in the qualification review on time, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
Interview method: structured interview. The evaluation factors are determined by the post, generally including post cognition, adaptability, professional level and language expression, communication and coordination, emergency response and other comprehensive qualities.
The score of passing the interview is 60, and those below this score cannot enter the next link.
(3) Physical examination and evaluation
After the examination, the total score is calculated according to the determined method, and the person with high total score (the one with the same total score shall be subject to the high written test score) is determined as the physical examination and assessment object.
Physical examination refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (revised) and is implemented according to relevant operating procedures.
The assessment is carried out with reference to the Measures for the Employment and Inspection of Civil Servants.
(4) Publicity and employment
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment shall be identified as candidates by the recruiting unit and publicized on the Internet for 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired or there are problems that will not affect the employment after investigation, the recruiting unit shall go through the entry and employment procedures according to the regulations.
Employed personnel shall be included in the management of career establishment, and an employment contract shall be signed with the recruiting unit, and the probation period shall be agreed according to regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be formally hired; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
(5) Others
Applicants who give up or are disqualified from being shortlisted or employed, or those who fail to pass the physical examination and assessment, shall be studied by the recruiting unit to decide whether to arrange substitutes. If you need to make up the exam, the relevant positions will be carried out from high score to low score according to the exam results.
