According to the above responsibilities, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has 22 internal institutions.

(1) Office (Letters and Calls Section)

Responsible for messages, meetings, confidential, archives, information, finance, government affairs disclosure, supervision and investigation, security and other work; To undertake the management and audit of the state-owned assets of the bureau; Responsible for letters and visits.

(3) Regulation Research Section

Organize comprehensive policy research; To undertake the drafting of important manuscripts, research on important topics, news propaganda and news release; Organizing the drafting of normative documents on human resources and social security; To undertake the legality review of relevant normative documents of this organ; To undertake relevant administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation; To undertake the organization and implementation of the law enforcement responsibility system; Responsible for popularizing the law.
