Recruitment objectives and conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

7. Other qualifications required for the post.

Recruitment procedure

(1) Sign up.

Candidates bring the registration materials to the street (town) where the application position is located for on-site registration.

Registration time is from March 6, 2023 to March 9, 2023 (9: 00 am-1:30 pm14: 30 pm-17: 30), and each person is limited to one post.

The application materials provided by the candidates shall be first examined by the grid management service office of the street (town) where the candidates are registered. After passing the preliminary examination, report to the district grid management service office for the record and apply for the written test admission ticket.

The written test admission ticket is issued by the relevant street (town) grid management service office. Candidates take a recent one-inch color photo and the original ID card and take the written test according to the admission ticket information.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who finds that the applicants do not meet the qualifications required by the recruitment announcement or resort to deceit will be disqualified from the examination and employment.

The written test subject is the basic knowledge of community governance at the grass-roots level, with a total score of 100.

Focus on testing candidates' administrative professional ability, grid management service knowledge and basic computer operation knowledge.

This exam does not specify exam counseling books, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training courses.

After the written test marking, the interviewer will be determined according to the ratio of 1:2 according to the written test and bonus scores from high to low, and the interview ratio for positions with 5 or less recruits will be 1:3.

The list of interviewers will be published on the official account of "Ping An Yuanzhou" WeChat.

(3) Qualification examination and obtaining an interview admission ticket.

Yuanzhou District Grid Management Service Office reviews the qualifications of interviewers and issues interview admission tickets to those who meet the requirements.

The specific qualification review time will be announced together with the interviewer list.

(4) interview.

The specific interview time and place shall be subject to the information in the interview admission ticket.

The interview is conducted in a structured way, and the total interview score is 100 (the final interview score of the candidate is the original score of the candidate in the interview room × the correction coefficient of the interview room).

After the interview, the total score of candidates is: written test score ×40%+ revised interview score ×60%, which is sorted from high score to low score, and the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the ratio of each recruitment position 1: 1.

If the total scores of candidates are the same, the candidates will be determined by the interview results.

The minimum score of the interview is 60 points (according to the revised interview results), and those below the minimum score will be disqualified from medical examination.

(5) physical examination.

Candidates' physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the revised General Standard for Civil Servant Employment Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 140) and relevant policies and regulations, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.

If the medical examination is qualified, Yuanzhou District Grid Management Service Office will send a working group to organize an inspection, focusing on the actual performance of political thought and moral quality, and solicit opinions from relevant departments to conduct a comprehensive inspection.

Those who do not attend the medical examination on time or do not cooperate with the inspection work shall be deemed to have given up automatically; Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and inspection shall be filled equally according to the total score of candidates from high to low.

(6) publicity.

Candidates who have passed the medical examination and inspection will be publicized on the official WeChat account of "Ping An Yuanzhou" for 7 days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the Yuanzhou District Grid Management Service Office will determine the hiring personnel.

(7) employment.

The probation period for candidates who have no objection after publicity is three months. During the probation period, the street (town) grid management service office is responsible for the assessment. After the probation period expires, the street (town) signs an employment contract and goes through the formal employment procedures.
