I will talk about my experience of Yuanshi County from three aspects: economy, tourism and county planning. 1. The economic development of Yuanshi County. The political environment in Yuanshi County led to the failure of attracting investment. The style of government departments determines the future of enterprises in Yuanshi County. Those who have developed will move out of Yuanshi County, and they will invest. A rubber factory in Tennessee was unable to start work for various reasons. Yuanshi county needs good government management to change the current predicament of attracting investment. Since there is no money in finance, can't we borrow chickens to lay eggs? Kill all the chickens, not to mention the hens haven't been introduced yet. Economic backwardness is mainly caused by political ideology. I wish I had no problem leaving for a few years. Take a look at what has happened in Yuanshi County in the past three years. Recently, the opening of Hongqi Street and the entry of polluting enterprises into Wanhua should promote the development of one side. This is the planning of Shijiazhuang, not the planning of Yuanshi County, not to mention political achievements, not to mention the pollution built in your own home. Who would have thought? Because of backwardness, we can only develop the economy, pollute first and then treat it. Look at the groundwater in several villages in the southeast of Yuanshi County. This is the future of Wanhua Mountain, and you will know that there will be no pure land in Yuanshi County in the future. Because the groundwater path in Yuanshi County is based on Wanhuashan and Bayi Reservoir! Yuanshi county should strengthen investment attraction, support individual economy, develop green industry and change government style. There are too many people eating financial meals in Yuanshi County, and there are too many people. We should streamline the army, simplify administration and effectively update the staff of government agencies. You know, the important thing is to develop the economy, not to increase manpower, not to impose fines, not to be cold-faced. We need your enthusiastic work style, instead of always thinking that things are irrelevant like the emperor's father. A city manager saves a county magistrate; A personnel director, I don't know how many official earthquakes there will be. If Yuanshi county wants to reform, it will start with streamlining the government; To develop Yuanshi County, we must start with changing the government style. Second, the tourism resources of Yuanshi County. Tourism originally belonged to the category of economic tertiary industry. I list it separately because Yuanshi County is rich in tourism resources and the tourism industry is of great importance. Since the economy wants to develop, it is impossible to attract investment, and we cannot all go to those polluting enterprises to stimulate economic development. In the final analysis, it is a consumption problem. Now that the national income level is constantly improving, tourism, as a large part of the tertiary industry and the consumer economy, should naturally be vigorously developed. Let's take a look at the pain of traveling in Yuanshi County: a good Beaulieu Lake is now like a garbage water plant, with villas built indiscriminately and the overall scenery destroyed. Who can say that he is traveling to see other people's villas? Who would come to a place like this? The villa that has been built cannot be demolished, and the damage and consequences to the whole scenic spot are incalculable; Look at the famous historical and cultural mountain-Fenglongshan. Now, everyone knows that it is already a scenic spot in Luquan. I'm afraid it won't be on the map of Yuanshi County in the future. The undeveloped Baiguo Temple, the Kaihua Temple Tower in the Yuan Dynasty, the Monument to the Anti-Japanese Martyrs, and countless stone tablets to seal dragons, so many tourist resources are slowly wasted with the passage of time. Yuanshi county should vigorously develop the tertiary industry, focus on tourism, delimit the planning red line, put an end to unauthorized development of scenic spots, resolutely dismantle unplanned, and develop cultural tourism with inscriptions focusing on one lake, two mountains and three temples. A tourist is not just looking at the scenery. Consumer economy and tourism come first. Third, the county planning of Yuanshi County. To tell the truth, I always think that the opening of Wenhua Road in Yuanshi County is a serious injury to the planning of Yuanshi County. I don't know how it was demonstrated at the beginning, or it was decided by a leader on a whim. Look at the development zone in Shijiazhuang. It's almost twenty years, and it hasn't been built yet. Now the planning of Shijiazhuang has been changed, and the development zone is not the focus. Why? The plan is unrealistic. After reading the planning of the new Shijiazhuang, I feel that I want to develop to the northwest and south, and the development zone has become a chicken rib As a county economy, Yuanshi County has a low fiscal revenue. As the capital of Shijiazhuang, the development zone has become a chicken rib for so many years, and Yuanshi County has opened a cultural road for more than ten years. Can we say that development is progressing now? You should know that the financial construction of Yuanshi County has been spent on this road, and it has been empty for more than ten years. This is the defect of planning. Now it can't be corrected. At the beginning of Yuanshi County, if the chemical fertilizer plant was moved away, the power plant was removed and Huaiyang Street was built vigorously, it should be much more prosperous than it is now. Now Yuanshi county has shifted its focus to the cultural road, which has led to commercial division. You know, prosperity needs to come and go, and you may not be able to do it. The planning of Yuanshi County is very poor and it is impossible to change it. We should start with controlling the surrounding environment and strive to create a beautiful living environment, instead of garbage and overflowing street sewage. How nice it would be to do more greening and build a park! Yuanshi county has developed transportation, Beijing-Guangzhou-Beijing-Zhuhai, and now Hongqi Street extends to the south. Historical opportunities will be missed by our generation. Our country's economy has developed for 30 years, and it is estimated that there will be changes in 20 years. The development time of Yuanshi County is only the remaining 20 years. If our generation misses it, there will be no Yuanshi county when the national province governs the county and strong counties merge 20 years later. I think that since the development of Yuanshi County cannot be changed, I will make some predictions: First, there will be many houses on the cultural road in the future, because there will be no big shopping malls or dense shopping districts without planned business districts. Second: the power plant should be relocated. The area of the power plant is equal to the middle of Wenhua Road and the old city, indicating that there is a dagger in the heart. Sooner or later, it will be demolished and become a residential area. Third, if the fertilizer plant goes bankrupt or moves, there will be commercial areas, financial areas and residential areas. When this is achieved, it will be the second take-off of Yuanshi County. Fourthly, Yuanshi County will be a chemical pollution park in Shijiazhuang and even the whole country. In the future, chemical accidents will occur frequently, and environmental compensation expenditure will be a major feature of Yuanshi County. Fifth: Wenhua Road and Hongqi Street in Yuanshi County have not been seen for three years. Because it will take three to five years for the government to delay. Sixth, there will be an immigration tide in Yuanshi County. From now on, the population will immigrate inward and then emigrate. Seventh, not surprisingly, Yuanshi County will be merged within 50 years, and our generation should have seen it.
