Third, the recruitment process
1, open registration, qualification examination. Eligible personnel are required to bring the original and photocopy of graduation certificate, residence booklet, ID card and other award technical grade certificates, as well as 1 recent bareheaded photo 1 inch.
2. Concentrate on written examination, select the best interview and organize physical examination. The written test score accounts for 60% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score. The contents of written test mainly include college Chinese, basic knowledge of mathematics, basic knowledge of electromechanical specialty, safety knowledge and so on. After the written test, the candidates will be selected to participate in the interview according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited from high to low. After the interview, the primary election will be determined according to the comprehensive results.
3. After passing the written test, interview and physical examination, after examination and approval, sign a labor contract with the proposed employee.
4. Salary and welfare: According to the treatment of new employees in our factory, the monthly salary for normal attendance varies from 900 yuan-1400 yuan, and social insurance shall be paid according to law.
