On February 26, Xiayi County’s 2023 intermediate defense was organized by the Xiayi County Education and Sports Bureau and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The evaluation of primary school teachers’ professional titles was successfully completed in the county’s No. 1 junior high school. After comprehensive evaluation by the evaluation committee and real-name voting by 20 judges, 273 candidates were finally determined to pass the professional title evaluation.

This review is divided into three parts: lecture, defense, and comprehensive review. In the professional review work, the review committee strictly followed the "Quantitative Grading Rules for the Qualifications of Intermediate Professional and Technical Positions for Primary and Secondary School Teachers", closely combined with the setting of professional and technical positions in public institutions, and insisted on facing grassroots rural areas, teaching front-line, For outstanding backbone teachers, the candidates will be carefully evaluated and quantitatively scored from the aspects of basic conditions, educational ability, teaching ability, teaching research, coaching ability, etc. During the review period, all judges will be uniformly arranged for boarding and lodging by the jury, and closed management will be implemented. Communication tools will be kept under unified custody by the Bureau's Supervision Office. The entire process will be strictly prevented from leakage, and the review results will be objective, fair and impartial. It is reported that the list of candidates who are expected to pass this review will be announced simultaneously on the portal website of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in the near future. After 7 working days of public announcement, candidates with no objections will be submitted to the superior department by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and a formal document will be issued to confirm the qualifications for professional and technical positions of first-level primary and secondary school teachers.
