Is Wuxi Aotekem a foreign company?

This is a Sino-foreign joint venture. Wuxi Aotekem and American Aotekem Company each invested 50% to establish a Sino-foreign joint venture. Wuxi Fu Wei Aotekem Company was established in August 2005. At present, we mainly develop and produce the core components such as valve seat, valve body, connecting rod, EMS or DR2 of the localization project of EV6 electronic control injector of United Automotive Electronics Company, sell our own products and provide after-sales service.
