Interview of institutions in Chongqing Wansheng Economic Development Zone in the first half of 2023

The specific time and place of the interview will be notified separately in the recruitment column (/bm/rlsbj/) of the government affairs open page of Wansheng Economic Development Zone.

According to the characteristics of the post, take a comprehensive approach (or professional skills test+comprehensive interview) for the interview. The score of each interview is 100, and the time is not less than 10 minutes. Among them, the professional skills test is conducted by means of broadcast trial, and the comprehensive interview method is structured interview.

The interview was organized and implemented by the comprehensive personnel management department of Wansheng Economic Development Zone, with reference to the "Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing" (No.[20 16]28 1). Those who fail to attend the interview at the designated place according to the specified time will be disqualified from the interview. The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates.

On the day of the interview, if some people who were originally determined to enter the interview voluntarily give up, resulting in a competition ratio of less than 2: 1, the proportion of opening the exam can be relaxed. Interviewers who relax the proportion of opening exams can only enter the follow-up link if their interview scores in all subjects are not less than 70 points.
