The written test is two hours in total. The first 30 minutes is a personality test, 1 12 questions. As far as it is concerned, it is not difficult to choose according to the facts. Yesterday's interview was a group discussion. I'm in the 3: 40 pm group. I thought it would be one-sided, so I prepared some self-introduction, interview frequently asked questions and so on. In the morning, a graduate student also participated in the interview of ICBC. At noon, I called him to ask about the situation and said it was a group discussion. My self-introduction and so on are useless. There are 8 people in our group, 5 men and 3 women, all of whom apply for Linyi Branch. The form of group discussion is still very simple. We discuss a topic with no fixed answer. Our topic is plane crash. Several people on the boat were dropped to a very low place. 15 something for you. Thankfully, eight people in our group cooperated well and discussed the answers before the time came. A happy ending. Finally, everyone assigned me to summarize, and then it was over. At the end of the question, the examiner asked me why I should summarize. Several boys said she had a better image. -_-! I really don't know whether to praise me or scold me, but there is no doubt that I have become a vase again-_-! I despised the role of vase in my heart, but in the end, it was a complete success for everyone.

Finally, I feel that the whole recruitment process is still full of talents. When I was in the written test, I was shocked by a classmate of Peking University in the same examination room. I saw a female doctor during the interview. Graduate students are a dime a dozen. Look at my own undergraduate course. Alas, my heart is much calmer. Hehe, people should be satisfied!
