Chapter 2 Overall Salary Standards Article 5 According to the spirit of Zhongbanfa [2010] No. 27 document and the "Supplementary Notice on Further Standardizing Matters Related to the Treatment of Community Workers", the overall salary level of community workers shall, in principle, be no less than The standard of 70% of the average salary of employees in this city in the previous year is determined. Chapter 3 Wage Structure and Distribution Method Article 6 Job Wages. It includes three parts: basic salary, job tenure allowance, and job allowance. (1) Basic salary. Article 7 Professional and technical grade wages. The professional and technical salary of community workers is divided into four levels and twelve grades (see the table below), which is linked to the social worker professional qualification obtained by the individual. (1) Starting salary.
