2. Personnel and Labor Agency Department

Provide custody services for employers, all kinds of talents and workers on the relationship between personnel files, the relationship between the party and the masses, and the relationship between households and grain; Provide the custodian with services such as regularization and grading, professional title evaluation, participation in social insurance, handling transfer procedures, issuing various certification materials, and policy consultation.

3. Employment Service Department

Provide policy advice, employment and entrepreneurship guidance and employment recommendation services for college graduates, laid-off workers, migrant workers and related personnel; Handle the issuance and annual review of re-employment concession card, Anhui employment service card, informal employment organization card and organization employment card, and implement the re-employment preferential policy.
