Ge Junbo's main achievements
His contributions in interventional cardiology and intravascular ultrasound have been highly praised by international scholars. He has published more than 200 papers in international magazines, including nearly 1 3 in SCI and 2 monographs on intravascular ultrasound, including1published abroad. Participated in writing 8 books on interventional cardiology. During my stay in Germany, I applied for two scientific research projects independently, totaling more than 300,000 marks.
Participated in 5 cooperative scientific research projects, totaling 2.9 million marks. As a tutor, independently train doctoral students 12 (6 of them have graduated and obtained doctoral degrees). He has presided over two international academic conferences and served as the host and branch chairman of many large international conferences. The new discovery of myocardial bridge is called Grignard phenomenon in the lectures of Stanford University in the United States. The new discovery of myocardial bridge has changed the treatment measures of some types of angina pectoris. The visible coronary laser angioplasty invented by 1996 has attracted the attention of international counterparts and is expected to become another good means to treat coronary heart disease.
In the past few years, he has been invited by Aahus University in Denmark, Italian Ultrasound Association, Greek Cardiology Association, Patrice University in Greece, Yugoslav Cardiology Association, Edinburgh University in Britain, Birmingham University in the United States, Busan University in South Korea, many universities in Germany, European Cardiology Association, Asia-Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology, International Ultrasound Conference, International Coronary Heart Disease Conference and many universities and conferences in China to give special reports. He was elected as an academician of American Cardiology Association and European Cardiology Association, and one of the 500 most influential scientists in the world from 65438 to 0998.
Ge Junbo is the only person from China on the Advisory Committee of the International Cardiology Congress. He was hired as a visiting professor of China's Fourth Military Medical University and Nanjing Medical University, honorary consultant of Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases of Tongji Medical University, and academic consultant of Huashan Hospital of Shanghai Medical University. He won the first prize of the 7th Essen-Mayo-Mainz Congress and the first prize of excellent papers of the 2nd International Echocardiography Congress.
In the past few years, the mechanism of restenosis after coronary intervention has been controversial internationally. Through research, he found that plaque proliferation rather than vascular contracture is the main cause of restenosis after intervention. Related papers have attracted great attention from international peers, and efforts are being made to reduce residual stenosis in the treatment of coronary heart disease, which also verifies the accuracy of this view.
He devoted himself to the study of myocardial microcirculation perfusion disorder in patients with coronary heart disease. His research on coronary slow flow syndrome expounded the mechanism of pseudo-normal coronary blood flow reserve, and was invited to give a special speech at the first cardiology conference held in Washington. He is an outstanding Chinese in the international cardiovascular field. 1? Ge j? , a sun? , Vesa Paajaned, Wang S? , Sue C? , Yang Z? , Li y? , Wang s? , Jia j? , Wang k? Undertaking several important projects and being one of the project leaders of national project 2 1 1; One of the heads of Shanghai Clinical Medical Center; Project leader of the National 863 Program (research and development of drug-coated stents for coronary heart disease); Project leader of the 973 sub-project of the National Key Basic Research and Development Plan (basic research on the incidence and prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the role of inflammatory infectious factors in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases); Project leader of Shanghai Medical Development Key Fund Research Project (Research on Optimization Scheme of Diagnosis and Treatment of Difficult and High-risk Coronary Heart Disease); Director of Development Fund of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission (Research on Vascular Dendritic Cells and Immune Mechanism of Atherosclerosis), including projects of State Education Commission, Shanghai Shuguang Project and distinguished professor Support Project. He is also responsible for the scientific research of coronary heart disease, a key medical discipline in Shanghai.
He has been engaged in interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease for a long time, which has made outstanding contributions to the application of international intravascular ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. In particular, the study of myocardial bridge and coronary syndrome has attracted great attention from international academic circles, and the new discovery of blood flow characteristics of myocardial bridge has changed the treatment measures of some types of angina pectoris.
Bravely pioneering, constantly introducing new technologies, created the first outpatient coronary angiography via radial artery in China. Combined with coronary artery bypass grafting in cardiac surgery, mixed coronary revascularization was performed in elderly and high-risk patients with coronary heart disease, and good results were achieved. The first rotary grinding technology of coronary artery in China was successfully developed. Shanghai has established a "green channel" to rescue acute myocardial infarction, which is the precedent of 24-hour emergency PTCA in Shanghai. Since the opening of the "green channel", nearly 1,000 patients with acute myocardial infarction have been successfully treated.
Several firsts: Shanghai's "only" all-weather green channel for acute myocardial infarction was first opened; China's first high-frequency rotary grinding: The first intracoronary irradiation in Shanghai: the first carotid artery stent implantation after cerebral ischemia; The first case of coronary angiography via radial artery.
