The third echelon: Langxin, Harmony, Ren Li Cai Ming, Hongjing Software, Huayi Software, Payroll, Personnel Department II, etc. The personnel management system of the third echelon can open the market in stimulating competition, and it also has its own uniqueness, but there are still some shortcomings in some places.
