The Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Transportation also made it clear that some passenger taxi companies and private car owners engage in illegal business activities in the name of providing "special car" or "business car rental" services with the help of mobile phone software platforms such as "Didi Taxi", and will carry out special rectification of this illegal phenomenon according to law.

Third, Didi taxi: only sign contracts with car rental companies and labor service companies, and never sign contracts with private cars.

The "special car" that Didi said by taxi is actually a commercial car. Although it looks like an ordinary private car, it belongs to a car rental company. Instead of cruising on the road, it can only call a car by phone or software to provide point-to-point service. Enterprises operate independently, drivers, as employees of labor service companies, only provide driving services, and the transportation department is responsible for issuing operating licenses and supervising them.

In other words, judging whether the car is illegal depends on whether there is a private car attached to the leasing company on the car platform.

Although both Didi Special Car and No.1 Special Car claim to cooperate with the leasing company, there are still many private cars attached to the leasing company on their platforms, which is inconsistent with the propaganda that "the leasing company provides vehicles and the labor service company provides drivers". They are all new things, and if you want to break the rules, you will directly block your own way.
