Is this a deceptive recruitment?

Hello, I have worked as a customer service worker in Guangzhou PCCW before, and I still know something about the company.

As far as I know, there is no salesman position. Most of the work in our company is carried out in the form of outgoing and incoming calls. Even telemarketing won't let you recommend the next home, and they are all for Hong Kong customers, and they have high requirements for English.
