The assessment of police auxiliary personnel is organized and implemented by Chaozhou Public Security Bureau. The specific assessment methods are divided into three parts: written test, physical fitness test and interview.

1. written test (test time is 60 minutes)

Time and place: the time and place on the admission ticket shall prevail.

Written test content: Basic legal knowledge such as People's Police Law, Public Security Administration Punishment Law, Road Traffic Safety Law, and Measures for the Administration of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Guangdong Public Security Organs. The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, with a full score of 100.

2. Physical fitness test (set a qualified line, not included in the total score).

Test content: 4× 10 meter turn-back run, vertical jump and touch height.

3. Interview (full score 100)

Interview content: it is mainly to comprehensively evaluate the language expression ability, adaptability, appearance and behavior of the candidates.

The interview results will be announced on the spot. Scoring standard: remove the judges' score and the lowest score, take the average score of other judges, and keep two decimal places.

Comprehensive score calculation = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%, rounded to two decimal places.

The candidates to be hired are determined according to the order from high to low comprehensive scores. If the comprehensive score of the last candidate is the same, it shall be determined in the order of written test scores. Candidates who fail to enter the next stage of interview will be entered into the database of auxiliary police candidates, and the results will be valid for one year, which can be used as the basis for the auxiliary police to make up the records.

(2) Physical examination

(3) Political examination
