Personally, there are three possibilities:

1. They downloaded your resume when it was set to be open, but they didn't contact at that time, because insurance companies are likely to download resumes in batches, and then contact them one by one when they are free;

2. Maybe some insurance agents will share some resources with each other, and your information will be passed between them;

3. You will also have public information in other channels. They saw your resume through other places.

If the above possibilities exist, even if you delete your resume, it won't solve the problem. I suggest that we should adjust our mentality. People are also working, and I often receive similar calls. Generally speaking, it is not easy to importune people by refusing them in a friendly way. To say the least, there are only a few insurance companies that can get your information, even if each one calls you, it will be quiet after you keep your resume confidential for a while.
