How long does it take to get started with delphi?

Delphi is easy to use and a very good programming tool. If you practice hard, it will take 2-3 weeks to get started. Of course, you need to look at pascal grammar first. I don't agree with mover that delphi is no worse than any programming tool. If you don't go to work in the company (mostly recruiting c++, c#, java programmers), it's right to use delphi yourself!
