What materials are needed for the qualification examination of 55 people (education and health) recruited by Jining Surabaya institution in 2020?

Applicants who enter the interview scope are required to submit the original and photocopy of the following materials to the county open recruitment department or the competent department of the recruitment unit: (1) written test admission ticket, Registration Form for Open Recruiters of Public Institutions in surabaya county, and Commitment Letter of Honesty for Staff of Public Institutions in surabaya county; (2) Second-generation ID card; (3) Academic degree certificate recognized by the state; (4) Graduates in 2020 who have signed employment agreements with employers must also submit a certificate of dissolution of the agreement or a letter with the official seal of the competent department (unit) of the employer agreeing to enter the examination; (5) On-the-job personnel and graduates who apply for directional training shall submit a letter with the official seal of the employing department (unit) agreeing to enter the examination; (6) Returned overseas students who apply for studying abroad must issue academic degree certification from the national education department. If not, you can provide admission materials and degree certificates or graduation certificates from foreign universities or scientific research institutions; (7) 3 recent bareheaded 1 inch photos (the same as the photos of the admission ticket); (8) Other materials required for post qualification. The recruiting unit or competent department should also review the job avoidance of candidates.

Those who fail to meet the requirements after examination will be disqualified from the interview. Failure to submit relevant materials within the specified time shall be deemed as waiver. Vacancies caused by disqualification or abandonment shall be filled in turn according to the written test results from those who have achieved the written test results.
