What is the personality assessment of China Bank Recruitment Examination?

The written test of China Bank mainly examines EPI, comprehensive knowledge, English and personality assessment. Personality test is not included in the total score, but it will be used as a reference for the interview.

EPI includes five modules: speech comprehension, logical reasoning, numerical operation, thinking strategy and data analysis.

English, including word selection, reading comprehension and cloze, mainly examines word selection and reading comprehension. The Bank of China has high requirements for the English proficiency of candidates, so there are many English questions. Every year, it examines 100 questions, selects 50 words and reads 50 questions.
