What to do when interviewing with an overbearing interviewer

Notes on interview skills

1. Dress. How a person dresses directly affects the other person's first impression of him or her. Job seekers must wear formal attire when going to a company for an interview, and the clothing must be reasonably and generously matched to leave a good impression on the interviewer

< p>2. Instrument. The hair should be washed and not too long. Men's hair should not cover the forehead, and women's hair should not cover the ears. Nails should be trimmed properly. The body should be straight when sitting, and look into the interviewer's eyes when answering questions.

3. Demeanor. Your demeanor must be humble, courteous and natural, not arrogant or rude. You must learn to smile. You must smile when you disagree with the interviewer's point of view, and you must not appear impatient or unhappy.

4. Introduce yourself. The self-introduction must be simple and concise. In a few sentences, give a brief introduction of your name, age, household registration, education, and work resume. It does not need to be detailed, but you must highlight your advantages.

5. Don’t forget to interview for the position. Many job seekers do not prepare well before going to the interview. They just receive a call from the company's recruiter and then go for the interview. Or some job seekers forget the position they are interviewing for because they are nervous and do not talk to the interviewer. If there is no focus on the job you are interviewing for, the interview will basically end in failure.
