(3) Staffing personnel need to leave their posts for a long time (such as sick leave, maternity leave, secondment, full-time training, etc.). ), affecting the normal development of daily work.
Article 6 Adhere to the principle of contract management. If it is really necessary to employ supernumerary personnel, the procedures must be strictly implemented and the labor contract management should be implemented.
