The fresh graduates in the qualification conditions refer to those who graduated from full-time colleges and universities in China in 2020 and obtained academic qualifications (degrees) certificates. Part-time graduate students who graduated in 2020 and obtained academic qualifications (degrees) certificates, such as those who have passed the postgraduate entrance examination or other admission methods recognized by the state after graduation from full-time ordinary colleges and universities, and have no work experience during their studies, will be admitted as fresh graduates.

Full-time college graduates of 20 18 and 20 19 years, as well as part-time graduate students who meet the above conditions, can register as fresh college graduates or social workers if their file relationship is still in the original graduate school or graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies and public employment service agencies. Those who participate in grass-roots service projects, if they have no previous work experience and pass the examination within 2 years after the service expires, can be registered as fresh graduates at the time of application, and other situations can be registered as social personnel.

Foreign graduates (including those who have not implemented their work units during the employment period) can register as fresh graduates. Graduates outside the country (territory) refer to overseas students who studied in teaching and scientific research institutions outside the country (territory), graduated with fresh graduates inside the country (territory) at the same time, and completed the academic certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before February 3, 2020.

If there is a requirement of CET-4 or CET-6 in the qualification conditions, you need to provide the corresponding qualification certificate. If there is only a notice of the results of CET-4 and CET-6, the corresponding results shall not be less than 425 points in principle. Returned students who have obtained academic degrees in countries where English is the official language may apply for positions requiring CET-4 and CET-6, but they may not provide qualification certificates or performance notices for CET-4 and CET-6;
