What are the general contents of the state-owned enterprise written examination?

The content of this examination includes but is not limited to: practice test (professional ability test), essay (writing), public foundation (current affairs), industry common sense and professional knowledge, corporate culture, etc.

1. Practice test (professional ability test). Compared with the civil service test, the test questions of state-owned and central enterprises have fewer types of questions. Common ones include verbal comprehension, mathematical operations, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, thinking strategies, etc.

2. Argument (writing). Thesis writing is relatively simple, and usually tests include summarization, material composition, etc., and most units do not examine it.

3. Industry knowledge/professional knowledge. Some state-owned enterprises will test the industry knowledge of applicants. For example, the China Tobacco Industry/Tobacco Bureau job fair will test tobacco knowledge, and the Railway Bureau will test railway knowledge, which are all basic contents related to the industry.

4. Corporate culture. Corporate culture does not account for a high score, generally accounting for 5-10 points. The questions are relatively simple, such as the ranking of the top 500 companies, core values, corporate culture, company brand, etc. Some companies do not examine it.
