Two children under 4 years old in Jingzhou were sent to the kindergarten gate by the kindergarten school bus and left behind by the driver. The temperature in Jingzhou was as high as 3 1℃ that day. After being bored in the school bus for 8 hours, two children were found. By this time, they had stopped breathing.

20xx At about 6: 50 on September 26th, a minibus carrying students collided with a large truck at Jiexiu section of National Highway 108 in Lengquan Village, Lingshi County, Shanxi Province. Six students died, three were seriously injured and three were slightly injured (including a driver).

The child was seriously injured. 15 people died on the way to the hospital for emergency treatment. So far, the number of people killed in the accident has reached 20, including 18 children, school bus drivers and 1 teacher.

20xx165438+1On October 26th, a school bus carrying more than 30 children in Fengcheng, Liaoning Province rolled over. Thirty five children were injured in the accident. By the afternoon of the 27th, two 7-year-old girls with brain injuries were out of danger, and another 33 children with minor injuries continued to stay in hospital for observation.

At about 20xx65438+February 12 afternoon 18, a school bus rollover accident occurred in Zhanghoutun Village, Shouxian Town, Fengxian County, Xuzhou City, Gansu Province. As of 2: 00 am on 13, * * * caused the death of 15 students. Many students were taken to hospital for emergency treatment.

A traffic accident happened recently in Yang Chun, our province. On April 9th this year, 15: 59, a school bus collided with a truck. At the time of the accident, there were actually 19 people in the car, of which 17 were kindergarten children. Yangjiang kindergarten school bus was hit, resulting in 3 deaths 14 injuries.

The school bus safety accident suffered heavy casualties and learned a profound lesson. I hope all directors attach great importance to the traffic safety of children around them.

First, introduce the newly promulgated Regulations on School Bus Safety Management to a director about the conditions that school bus drivers should have:

(1) Having obtained the driving qualification of the corresponding quasi-driving type for more than 3 years and not exceeding 60 years of age;

(2) There is no full score record for three consecutive scoring cycles recently;

(3) No traffic accident causing death or serious injury;

(4) No record of drunk driving or drunk driving, and no serious traffic violations such as overcrowding and speeding in driving passenger vehicles in recent 1 year;

(five) no criminal record, no record of detention and punishment for violating the administration of public security;

(six) good health, no record of alcoholism and drug abuse, no infectious diseases, no history of epilepsy, mental illness and other diseases that may endanger driving safety.

Two, the recent yingde city and township vehicle inspection several times:

There are 20 school buses/kloc-0 in our city, of which 76 special vehicles for kindergartens are painted according to the national school bus marking standard, and 12 special vehicles for kindergartens are not painted. It is hoped that kindergartens that have not painted school bus signs will improve the painting of signs as soon as possible. This year, the Education Bureau, the Public Security Traffic Police, the Transportation Bureau and the Safety Supervision Bureau of our city carried out several joint actions on school bus safety rectification, and investigated and dealt with school bus overload in the areas under the jurisdiction of traffic police squadrons. During the investigation and rectification, * * * seized overloaded school buses 17 times, and * * * overloaded 130 times, of which 8 times * * * overloaded more than 100%. In addition, the inspection also found that some kindergartens have the following problems: First, kindergartens have not made a timetable for students' travel (including the number of students, names, routes, time, etc. ); Second, some kindergartens have not improved the safety responsibility system such as the duties of school bus drivers and the duties of on-board teachers, and they have hit a wall everywhere; 3. During the inspection, it was found that the rear seat of the vehicle was removed and a movable plastic rubber stool was placed, which caused risk factors to the children on board; 4. During the inspection, it was found that some vehicles stuck dark cellophane or heat insulation paper with specular reflective material on the window glass; Five, some kindergartens fill in the "yingde city school bus safety driving log" every day is not standardized, and the school bus route and the number of passengers are not clear. I hope that the kindergarten director will pay close attention to self-examination and rectification after returning to the above problems.

At present, there is no special school bus to pick up students. If the kindergarten rents other vehicles to pick up the children, it is an agreed behavior between the kindergarten and the owner. They must sign the contract agreement and responsibility letter, and ask for the record. For the safety of children, we ask all directors to choose vehicles with complete driving license, driver's license and security inspection procedures, have excellent and responsible drivers, strictly restrain the drivers of the vehicles they ride, put an end to overloading driving and drunk driving, and always remind drivers to pay attention to safe driving. Never arrange for students to take tricycles or vehicles with incomplete licenses. In addition, in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests from infringement, I remind you again that you must sign a ride contract with the owner.

3. The director and teachers should educate the children not to take non-passenger vehicles and overloaded vehicles.
