What is the responsibility of activated carbon producers?

The work mainly includes: (1) operating conveyors and crushers to crush and purify carbonaceous materials and remove impurities; (2) running carbonization activation equipment, adding activator, and adjusting and controlling process parameters such as temperature, pressure and activation speed to prepare activated carbon; (3) Post-treating the activated carbon with screening, acid washing, water washing and other equipment; (4) operating wood retorting equipment, controlling technical parameters such as wood retorting temperature, and manufacturing by-products such as wood vinegar and wood tar; (5) Operating the wood tar distillation tower, and controlling the process parameters such as temperature and vacuum degree to prepare wood tar, antioxidants and other by-products.
