Jieliyalan, a subsidiary of Xinjiang Xinyue Silk Road Co., Ltd., is a sub-brand owned by Jieliya Group, and has signed two internationally renowned IPS, LINE FRIENDS and Minions.

Jieliya Group was established in 2003, formerly Zhuji Towel Factory, and was established in 1986.
