The examination methods for Quanzhou public institutions in 2015 generally adopt three methods: written examination (without interview), interview (without written examination), and a combination of written examination and interview.

(1) Written test

In principle, the ratio of the number of people proposed for the position to the number of actual applicants should reach 1:3 before the exam can be started. If it does not reach 1:3, it should be reduced in principle. The number of positions to be recruited or the recruitment plan to cancel the position. In special circumstances, the examination can only be held after the recruitment unit's competent department consults with the organization's personnel department for approval.
