Then, the academic requirements of their hospitals are basically only for graduate students, or you are an undergraduate from a 985 university. Unfortunately, I used to think that most of the nurses were from junior colleges or technical secondary schools, but it turned out that all of them were top students. I feel really ashamed when I think about it.

Finally, even after going to work, they still have to continue studying. Sometimes they have to participate in study activities organized by the hospital after working the night shift, which is super hard. This nurse mother came to take over the shift at 8 o'clock last night to take care of her child. She got up just before 6 o'clock in the morning to wash up, handed the child to grandma, and went to work. It was really hard work!

However, I also heard that the monthly income of nurses in their tertiary hospitals plus bonuses is more than 12,000, which is much higher than I expected. It can be regarded as some kind of compensation.
