Brief introduction of Zibo Hui Ke Electric Co., Ltd.

The predecessor of Shandong Hui Ke Electric Co., Ltd. was the privately-run Hui Ke Electric Instrument Research Institute in Zibo, which was established in 199 1. With the approval of Shandong provincial government, a standardized joint stock limited company was established on 1998 with a natural person as the initiator. Zibo Hui Ke Electric Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company with Hathaway (now Qualitrol) of the United States, engaged in the development, production, sales and engineering services of power monitoring and automation equipment and telecommunications instruments; Huihai Power Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (now Switched Reluctance Motor Division), a joint venture with Zibo Traction Motor Company, is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, sales and engineering services of switched reluctance motor speed regulation system.
