Requirements:

2. Coordinate the progress of each project;

3. Docking with customers before delivery;

4. Handling of customer addition;

5. After the project is delivered, handle the invoice application;

6. Handle and track customer complaints and form files;

7. Deal with the bad details in the company every month and analyze the reasons;

8. Distribute customer satisfaction questionnaire to customers every year, count scores, analyze reasons and improve measures.
