I. Qualification Examination and Interview Time

(1) Time for qualification examination:

During the qualification examination and interview, candidates must bring their ID card, graduation certificate, MHK or Putonghua test certificate, teacher qualification certificate (except for fresh graduates), application brochure and registration confirmation form, written test admission ticket and one-inch color bareheaded photo.

Second, the interviewer decided

According to the relevant requirements of the autonomous region, from those whose written test scores have reached the minimum control score of the written test uniformly stipulated by the autonomous region, the positions of 1 to 3 people are recruited, and the proportion is determined by 1 ̄3; Recruiting four or more people shall be determined according to the ratio of 1︰2. Those who fail to reach the required proportion will be interviewed according to the actual number of people. At the same time, before the interview, Tacheng will review the qualifications of the interviewers. Candidates who fail to meet the registration requirements after qualification review or are reported and verified to be unqualified will be disqualified from the interview.

Third, the proportion of interviews.

The total score of post interview for kindergarten teachers is 100, and the qualified score line is 60. The total score of post interview for primary and secondary school teachers is 150, and the qualified score line is 90. The interview score accounts for 50% of the total score. Candidates who fail the interview will be disqualified from recruitment and will no longer calculate the total score.

Four. Interview content, methods and scores

(2) Interview results

1. Primary and secondary school teachers' positions

The total interview score is 150, of which 120 is the trial lecture and 30 is the defense. Candidates in subjects such as music, physical education, beauty, information technology (including computer and audio-visual education) should have professional tests, including 70 points for trial lecture, 20 points for defense and 60 points for professional test.

(1) physical education major test: 1. Speed test: 400 meters, men 1 min 10 seconds, women 1 min 20 seconds, 15 minutes; 2. Strength test: men's pull-ups are not less than 15, women's push-ups are not less than 10, and the score is15; 3. Technical test: basic skills of basketball, 15, basic skills of table tennis, 15.

② Music major entrance exam: 1. Reading score test: Solfeggio specifies staff and notation, with accurate pronunciation and strong sense of music, 15; 2. Vocal music examination: sing a designated song and a self-provided song, 15 points; 3. Musical instrument test: playing accordion or electronic organ, hot waff (musical instrument is prepared by candidates themselves), 30 points.

(3) Art majors take an additional test: 1. Sketch test: sketch the specified scene within half an hour, 20 points; 2. Sketch test: two hours of still life pencil sketch, 20 points; 3. Creation test: simple artistic conception creation within the specified time, requiring gouache or watercolor painting, 20 points.

(4) The information technology major entrance exam: 1. Basic knowledge of computer and windows operating system, 20 points; 2.2. Can use office software (word, excel, powerpoint), 20 points; 3. Network knowledge and network application ability, 20 points.

2. Kindergarten teacher position

Total interview score 100, including 50 points for on-site teaching, 5 points for defense and 45 points for pre-school professional skills test. Pre-school professional skills examination forms are divided into self-playing, self-singing, dancing and stick figure, with each score of 15.

(1) Play and sing. Candidates are required to take one of 10 children's works from the scene (the track is attached). Accordions are provided in the examination room. If you need to use the electronic organ, please prepare it yourself in advance. Candidates can play and sing either of these two instruments, and are not allowed to use other instruments.

② Dance. Candidates prepare a 3-minute children dance in advance and give a live performance. (players are provided in the examination room, and candidates bring their own USB flash drives. You can only copy the dance music of the exam on the USB flash drive, and you are not allowed to copy other music. )

③ stick figure. Candidates are required to draw lots on the spot according to the specific questions set in the exam and complete at least 3 stick figures within 2 minutes.

Sixth, the interview organization

Under the guidance of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the interview was organized and implemented by the Education Bureau of Tacheng District. The interview will be conducted in groups according to the number of applicants. In principle, an interview expert group is set up for each subject, with 5 people in each group. After the interview, each examiner must fill in the "Interview Scoring Form", give the score and sign it. Finally, the final interview results of candidates are determined by the average scores of all examiners (two decimal places are reserved, and three decimal places can be reserved if there are duplicate scores). All examiners sign the score sheet respectively, and the team leader signs it for confirmation, so the score is valid and will be announced to the candidates on the spot after the exam.

During the interview, if more than half of the interviewers find that the candidates can't master and use the national common language skillfully, they will be rejected by one vote and the interview results will be unqualified.
