In view of the above situation, and considering that the name and content of the old post certificate have not adapted to the current administrative license and the spirit and requirements of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on the reform of the national vocational qualification system, it is imperative to rename the old post certificate as a new post certificate, and make appropriate adjustments to the relevant content and style of the certificate to meet the requirements of upgrading and certification of professional skills of employees in the industry.
Second, the convergence of the old and new versions of job certificates
(1) After the old post certificate is renamed as the new post certificate, the issued old post certificate will remain valid in consideration of the actual number of certificates in China, the strong mobility of holders, job transfer and promotion. When the certified personnel are promoted or transferred, they shall be trained and assessed according to relevant regulations. After passing the examination, the new post certificate will be issued, and the old post certificate will be invalid at the same time.
