(1) Registration and qualification review

2. Qualification review
The County Talent Recruitment Leading Group Office is responsible for organizing the registration and qualification review. The list of candidates for physical examination will be determined based on a 1:1 ratio and will be announced on the Taikang County People's Government website. IV. Remuneration and management
1. Introduced personnel are included in the establishment of the enterprise, and wages and benefits are subject to unified standards across the county. Key tracking service management will be provided to introduced personnel who meet high-level certification, and they will enjoy relevant treatment in accordance with relevant city and county regulations.
2. Introduced personnel shall implement the probation period system in accordance with regulations. The probation period is included in the employment contract period and is 12 months. Those who have expired the probationary period and passed the assessment will be hired, and those who fail to pass the assessment will be dismissed.
3. The minimum service period of introduced personnel in the county is 5 years (including probation period), and they are not allowed to be transferred out of the county within 5 years. Otherwise, they will be regarded as unilateral dismissal, and the transfer procedures of personnel files will not be processed. The hired personnel shall sign a "Service Period Agreement" with the employer regarding the above contents before arriving at the job.
