Where can I find mold design apprentices? What conditions are needed?

There are almost no recruits now, not many of them have been seen in ten years! There are so many people who know how to design now, and manufacturers can recruit designers at will. There is no need to spend money and time training apprentices, unlike ten or eight years ago when there was a shortage of people! Now everyone who recruits you must either pay tuition, or your father is the director or owner of a mold factory.
