(3) Interview

The interview work is organized and implemented by our hospital.

It mainly examines the quality of political theory, the ability to use professional knowledge and the ability to adapt to the work of transferring posts.

Implement the principles of openness, equality and merit, and adhere to the standards of employing people with both ability and political integrity. If there is no suitable candidate, the position can be vacant.

The interview time for each interviewer is 20 minutes.

The interview score is calculated as 100. After the interview, the results will be announced on the spot and on our website within 48 hours. Those whose interview scores are less than 70 points (excluding 70 points) will not enter the medical examination and assessment procedures and will not be employed.

(4) Investigation

Before the inspection, the applicant should provide the proof that his unit agrees to apply for the exam. Anyone who does not meet the qualification requirements for selection and transfer, or the information and related materials provided at the time of registration are untrue, or the important archival materials are incomplete and untrue, and the personal experience and historical situation are unclear, which makes it impossible to conduct effective investigation, shall not be determined as a candidate to be hired.

If the inspection is unqualified, the inspection results will be fed back to the inspection object in time. If the examinee disagrees with the examination results, the hospital will conduct a review and make a review conclusion.

(5) Physical examination

According to the interview results from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of people selected in the post plan to the physical examination candidates 1: 1.

Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the VIP Social Regulations [20 19] 1 1. The medical examination shall be arranged by our hospital in a unified way, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the applicants themselves.

Applicants who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination qualification.

If the medical examination is unqualified or abandoned, it will be replenished as appropriate.

(6) Publicity

According to the interview, investigation and physical examination results of the candidates, the college selects the best candidates and publishes them on the college website. The publicity period is 7 working days.

(7) Employment

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, with the consent of the party group of Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences, the relevant procedures such as transfer and recruitment shall be handled and the employment contract shall be signed.
