Brief introduction of Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital

Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital was established in 1950. It is a three-level first-class maternal and child health hospital with complete discipline construction and remarkable professional characteristics. The hospital has a building area of 70,000 square meters, 680 open beds, 760 full-time employees, 90 million yuan of equipment with a price of over 10,000 yuan, and 4 1 10,000 yuan of fixed assets. In 20 13 years, there were 950,000 emergency visits, 3160,000 discharges and 0/0.28 million deliveries, all of which were among the best in maternal and child health hospitals at the prefecture and city levels in China. The hospital was named Sunan Genetic Medical Diagnosis Center, National Baby-friendly Hospital and WHO Clinical Research and Training Base. It is the affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University and the postgraduate training center of obstetrics and gynecology of Nanjing Medical University.
