According to the needs of the current situation of epidemic prevention and control in novel coronavirus, and considering that the fishing boat crew in our city mainly rely on migrant workers, and the fishing boat environment is closed after going out to sea, once there are some hidden dangers of epidemic situation, it is easy to cause group infection. After research, it is decided that all fishing boats in the city are strictly prohibited from going out to sea for production from now until 24: 00 on February 20, and other crew members of fishing boats are not allowed to gather on board except those who are left behind on duty.

After lifting the ban on going to sea, shipowners and captains should strictly implement the Health Management Measures for the Prevention and Control of Aquaculture and Processing Industry in novel coronavirus, Fujian Province, check the physical health status and personnel identity information of the crew outside the province, and implement the reporting system for fishing boats going to sea. During the offshore operation, the shipowner and the captain shall organize the crew on board to measure their body temperature at least twice a day and report their health status to the local town government and village committee.

Fishery departments, ocean-going enterprises, fishery cooperatives and fishing boats in coastal counties mainly improve their political positions, put people's life safety and physical health first, take epidemic prevention and control as the most important work at present, immediately notify and organize fishery enterprises and fishing boat owners in their jurisdictions to consciously obey the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control, and earnestly do a good job in the work of fishing boats stopping in Hong Kong and waiting for ships. Report the docking location to the local town government and village committee for the record, and do a good job in the safety of fishing boats and crew inspection during the docking at the port. At the same time, fishermen are reminded to strengthen self-protection, stay away from crowded places, wear masks when going out, and wash their hands frequently for disinfection.
