What is the position of qc?

IQC is incoming inspection, with many tasks, and it is necessary to record reports every day, and it has certain right to speak and decide, because if the incoming materials are poor, it will lead to a large number of defective production lines, which is the lowest-level mistake, absolutely not allowed, and customers will not accept it;

IPQC is a process inspection, commonly known as patrol inspection, which runs through the whole production process and tests 4M 1E (man, machine, material, operation method and environment) and other states.

FQC is finished product inspection, which is responsible for the inspection of semi-finished products or finished products after the completion of a certain process in the production process.

QA is quality assurance, which is the employees of the factory (all other QCs are ordinary workers), that is, the boss of QC, and some of them are called QE.

OQC is the delivery inspection, which is responsible for the inspection of the finished machine after assembly and packaging. This is the last process of quality inspection. After OQC, hand it over to the customer for OQC inspection. The customer's OQC inspection is qualified and signed, and the whole board can be delivered.

On the whole, QA/QE is the largest; OQC is the most tired and has the least right to speak; IQC and OQC have similar workload, but they have the right to make decisions and have a good working environment. IPQC has a certain technician component, and can learn the whole process and management methods; FQC doesn't know much about it, and its work is the same as IQC, but second only to IQC. As for TQC, I don't understand.

As for salary, hehe ... the factory is a virtue. QE is a staff member and receives a monthly salary; All other QCs are not much different from ordinary workers. They are paid by the hour, but they also have a little say. Some positions have some extra post allowances because of different positions.

Above, I hope I can help you. I'm SQE from the factory.
